About me
There came a point where everything in my life kept moving forward, but something in me didn’t move along anymore. On the outside I was building, working, studying, doing what made sense and what was expected, and for a long time that version of me worked, until it didn’t.
My body was the first to tell the truth I had been moving away from. I was exhausted in a way that sleep couldn’t fix, constantly on edge, unable to slow down, and for the first time pushing through wasn’t an option anymore. Underneath it was a quiet but undeniable realization that I hadn’t been living from myself, but from a place of survival.
That didn’t start there. It started much earlier, in a childhood where emotional safety wasn’t something I could rely on, where I learned how to adapt in order to belong, how to become what was needed, and how to hold everything together. It shaped me into someone strong and capable, but also someone who had learned to leave herself along the way.
And that pattern doesn’t just disappear when you become aware of it. It shows up in the way you work, the way you relate, the way you move through life. Even as I built a life, worked internationally and went deep into studying the mind and body, there was still a part of me operating from that same place of doing more, holding more, trying to get it right.
Until my system simply refused to continue like that.
What followed wasn’t a straight line, but a path that brought me back to the root of it all, where I slowly began to rebuild from a foundation that actually felt stable. Through deeply studying the mind, the body and the soul, and realizing that what had been missing all along wasn’t more understanding, but learning how to embody it and become it.
What shifted things wasn’t more knowledge, but allowing everything to stop, letting my body come out of overdrive, letting everything I had worked through land, and learning how to be with myself again without immediately moving away from what I felt.
That’s where my work comes from.
It’s about bringing you back to your own voice, your own body, your own way of knowing what is true for you, so that your life is no longer something you manage, but something you actually live from.
And from that place, something changes in how you stand in your life and in the choices you make. Where there used to be pressure, overthinking or the need to get it right, there is space to move in a way that feels more grounded and honest, even if it’s unfamiliar at first.
Because when you stop leaving yourself in the moments where it matters, and start listening to what is actually true for you, you begin to move differently. With more presence, more direction and a deeper sense of ownership over your own life.
And at some point it becomes less about finding yourself again, and more about allowing yourself to live from that place, fully, and letting that shape the way you move, choose and create your life.
